For a scheduled pick-up time, there shall be a 15 Minute grace period.
Grace period for domestic flights is 1 hour and 2 hours for international flights.
After the grace period, $15 Additional-Waiting Charge will be added to the billing in 15 minutes increments.
2. There shall be an Extra Stop fee of $10 for every stop made within the same city, $20 for other cities within the route. If the stop occurs outside the route, fare shall be quoted in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to contract start time or the full fare will be charged. Periods preceding Special & Big Events in the Greater Los Angeles area (Grammy, Academy, E3, etc.), cancellation must be made 7 days prior to contract start day or the full fare will be charge.

Please be advised that we are not able to make reservations for additional travel related arrangements, including but not limited to other transportation services (i.e. commercial airlines, railways, etc.) and accommodations.
All limo service reservations must be made 2 days (48 hours) prior to contract start time except for Southern California.
